The people of the lower castes are ud, and usually poor, because they arn't offered jobs easily. Many people would not eat with, drink with and touch the lowest caste, The "untouchables," but this practice has almost disappeared within the newer generations. Even though discrimination against castes has lessened, there are still people living in poverty, getting abused because of their caste.

Pakistan has the most muslim Population in the world after Iran. Muslims make up 97 percent of the populations. Christains, Hinduism, Parsis and other religions make up 3 percent. Christianity is the second largest religion in Pakistan.

Dances
Every province of Pakistan has their own unique dance. Most of the traditional dances are danced in a circle. Popular dances of Pakistan include:
The Pathan's Khattak Dance- This dance is a folk dance performed to the music of Drams and Pipes.
The Jhoomer dance is a dance from Balouchistan, where the dancers move really fast. Takes place at night, with torches as the only source of light.
The Juddi dance- This dance is from the province of Punjab. Done by women that dance in a circle.
Music
Pakistan has many music genres. The genres are Classical,Filmi music, Folk music, Pop/Rock music, Patriotic Songs, and Qwallians. Zayn Malik is a English- Pakistani Singer. Komal Rizvi is a Pakistani pop Singer.
Dress and jewelry
Ever province of pakistan tends to have its own style of dress, here are some of the more common ones.
A sari is usually worn on special occasions by women.
Kameez shalwar is commonly worn daily by both men and women. Women also wear a matching dubata or shawl loosely over their heads or around their necks.
A Tikka is a piece of jewelry worn down the head by women on special occasions, Choorian are types of bracelets worn by women on special occasions.
Pakistani Wedding dresses are usually red. Many brides choose to have their dress long anough to be spread out around them.
